These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Lucky Draw promotion ("Promotion") run by Troper Marketing ("we", "us", "our") on this website. By spinning the wheel, you agree to these terms.

Entry into this Promotion is free and does not require any purchase, payment, or fee of any kind. We will never ask you to pay money, "processing charges," taxes, or shipping fees to receive a prize. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent Troper Marketing and asks for payment to release a prize, please do not pay and report it to us immediately using the contact details below.

3. How the Draw Works

After submitting your name and WhatsApp number and agreeing to these terms, you may spin the wheel once. The outcome is generated automatically by the website. Results are final. Prizes and their availability may vary and are shown on the wheel at the time you play.

4. Claiming a Prize

If you win, your prize and a unique redemption code are shown immediately on this website — no message, call, or payment is required to receive them. Save or screenshot your code and present it at checkout / in-store (or as instructed on screen) to redeem your offer. Optionally, you may tap "Confirm My Entry on WhatsApp" to register your entry with us for follow-up support, but this step is not required to receive your prize. Prizes must be redeemed within 15 days of winning, after which they may be forfeited.

5. Prize Details

Prizes are as described on the wheel at the time of entry and are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

This Promotion is run independently by Troper Marketing and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp. Any questions about this Promotion should be directed to us, not to Meta or WhatsApp.

7. Fair Use & Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entry we reasonably believe involves fraud, abuse, automated/bot submissions, or a breach of these terms, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time for reasons beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Troper Marketing is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from participation in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
